They were very quick to get the process Going and were in constant communication after going in for a estimate for a minor repair they called before I got home with a estimate ready and had the car in within for repairs within a few days

My initial estimate at Larry H Miller was exceptional. Louie was great. After approving the work to be done, realizing the actual cost far exceeded the estimate and needing to involve insurance after initially opting for self-pay - I wasn't really receiving updates which is my only reason for the 9. I'm sure this is normal and that the communication strictly goes through the insurance company which would make sense but I felt sort of out of the loop. It could be that State Farm doesn't allow you to give me updates for all I know but I just had some moment of doubt when I wasn't sure exactly where we were at or how long the repair was going to take
