Car was not complete at the originally indicated time. I had inquired and been promised a callback but had to follow up again. Ultimately I got the car before EOB, but I'm not confident I would have had I not been persistent. If I lived in Paducah, this wouldn't have been a big deal, but I live an hour away and was having to borrow a vehicle.

They not only took care of my car but they were so nice and helpful when I brought my car in and worked around my schedule. The lady that answers the phone is so sweet and personable and so is the gentleman that called and explained everything they were going to do. They also sent me text updates. They also took my car down the road because I had gotten a hole in the tire and I needed a new one! They are seriously the best!!
