When I found out on Wed morning that it wouldn't be done until after the weekend I asked if it could possibly be done by Friday due to a weekend drive of 4 hours that is more difficult in a jeep wrangler... They finished it by Thursday afternoon. Thanks so much!!!

Workmanship was good but communication was poor. Different stories from diffferent people and with nearly no exception, I had to initiate the contact to find out status.

Bill was the only straight talker. There were several opportunities for anyone there to actually call us and have an honest discussion as to the status of the car. Nobody did with the exception of Bill. With all the staff sitting around in there cubicles, you’d think they’d be on top of every service order. They either have poor communication skills or they don’t care about the customer.
