We stated 9/10 with the Allstate survey because a bug deflector was NOT put back on when we picked up the vehicle after having body work completed. We noticed the missing deflector and brought the car back 2013 Chevy Suburban on 09-15-2021 to have the work completed. It was a little inconvenient however as the overall work was excellent it was worth it to deal with Larry Meadows Body Shop. They do far superior work compared to other places. Well pleased

I was only disappointed that I was not called before the first appt. to reschedule it because the fender, vital to the repair, had not come in. When I was at Enterprise picking up the rental car I was told that the repair needed to be postponed. Luckily I had not left Enterprise with the car, thus incurring 1 day's rental cost. I was just out my time.
