My car was not ready as said at pick up. When I brought it back to be cleaned and washed it took 2 and 1/2 hours! REALLY?? POOREST customer service I have ever been associated with. Thanks for asking, I hope this is bumped up the ladder.

The body shop did an exquisite job on my Yukon, but the detail shop fell to the #2 level with the way they cleaned and prepared my vehicle for pick up.
