It was tough trying to get someone to call me back when I had a question. But if I happened to stop by, people would always stop and take the time to answer my questions. They also got my truck ready several days before they originally said they would.

I love this place! The work they do is is amazing. Doug really looks out for what is best for the customer, no doubt about. All the other staff is also really nice and professional. Any work that needs to be done, ill definitely bring my car here.

We only say 9 because we asked them to look at something TOTALLY different then what we were there for when dropping it off for 7 days. They wrote it on our form. When we went to pick it up, they had not looked at the other thing in question. Which was a few dings in the door. Sorry.

After my daughter’s car was damaged in an accident in March, it initially couldn’t be repaired until May because of a delayed import of a key replacement part. Fortunately, Doug beat the bushes and found the part locally. After a few weeks, my daughter’s Volvo was back on the road, looking better than ever.
