After my daughter’s car was damaged in an accident in March, it initially couldn’t be repaired until May because of a delayed import of a key replacement part. Fortunately, Doug beat the bushes and found the part locally. After a few weeks, my daughter’s Volvo was back on the road, looking better than ever.

This is the first time using Laslie’s. I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was like dropping my truck off to family. Doug was very helpful on the estimate and working with insurance to get my vehicle fixed. He set up the rental vehicle and keep me updated on how everything was going.
