Numerous delays even after back-ordered part came in, poor and inaccurate communication, missed delivery dates several times, and most disappointing was the poor quality once they tried to deliver it. The car was delivered in poor quality, white compound all over black vehicle (very noticeable), paint finish inconsistent, taped lines visible, generally bad finish and unclean. Manager agreed that it should Not have been delivered and kept car - still don’t have it back.

It took 6 weeks between estimate and getting the car back. They would give a finish date and then cancel it to later date. Did that 3 times. Usually the same excuse. It’s in line to detail.
