This was my first time to use Lawerece Hall, and I was very pleased!!! Everyone was so nice and extremely helpful !! And the truck looks great !! They even washed and vaccumed. I think they even waxed it!!! Thirty minutes before I picked up my son's truck he was in a wreak in my Mazda tribute. Well, atleast I know where to take it to be fixed. Truck detail was lacking. introduced scratches to entire vehicle. Door jambs were filthy afterwards. Will also return to shop when time permits, as the muffler was reinstalled with the tailpipes misaligned. Interaction with the office personnel would be rated a ten.
