The front desk was very nice. They helped me n worked with me. The repair work is very very nice., however my car was not ready on the date it was supposed to be ready. I was told it would be ready the following morning, it wasn’t. Rental place closes at 5:30 so I called Lawrence Hall and asked again when I could pick up my car. I was told late afternoon I told them that I needed my car before 5:30 because I was not going to pay the rent thst they were going to have to pay it. At that point I was told I could go pick my car up. That was around 4. Not happy with that part. They were very nice when I picked my car ip
