I was really impressed by the office staff. I think the man's name was Mathew but not sure. He really payed attention to the fact that I was paying out of pocket and so when I suggested using some of the parts that were damaged but could be saved and reused to help keep the cost as low as possible, he said that would be fine and helped me to come up with a price I could afford. When the car was in the shop, I got phone messages keeping me up on the progress. That was very nice. They also coordinated fixing an oil leak for me while it was there so that was extremely convenient and I got my car back quickly and was pleasantly surprised to see that the interior had been completely cleaned and detailed. I would return to this collision center again for sure!!!
