Staff were helpful, ensuring I got the Subaru parts which are the only ones that will fit, in spite of back and forth with insurance. When my no fault (other person’s insurance) gave me hard time about getting rental leading edge assisted me The car came out looking great, like new

The communication process is lacking. My initial consultation was fantastic and they took the time to explain everything they would do and why. I felt confident that they would be the right shop for me. Once the car was in the shop, the 'updates' were infuriating.
