I thought your service was very courteous and helpful in coordinating with the insurance company and Enterprise. When I picked up the car however, the gentleman who signed me out apologized profusely about not having been able to wash the car due to the weather, which made perfect sense. Since that would have been done weather permitting, I totally did not get or appreciate that I had to unearth my car from inches of snow and ice by myself.

I felt genuinely taken care of and treated as a worthy recipient of quality service. One small detail: I wish the license plate frame had been repaired or properly reattached. Even an offer to address it would have reinforced that feeling of being fully cared for.

1st impressions matter- I was greeted immediately by a very pleasant, nicely dressed gentleman who provided a written estimate in minutes, who then explained it clearly and accurately (my father was an adjuster for State Farm so I've had exposure)
