When I received my car back I noticed that my shift lock cover was missing. I didn't remove as I would have no reason to do so. I called my service advisor Sarah and expressed my concern that it was missing she said she would get back to me but I have not received a response back from her. It may seem like a small matter to some but I feel that when you take your car in to get service that it would be returned to you without anything missing.

A damaged part was installed. I was the one who noticed it. I was told I could stop in any time to have it replaced. I live 40 minutes away. This is not convenient. When I was in the area and wanted to come in, I could not because staffing was down. It is frustrating that this is happening. I will be taking my car for servicing at Lexus of Towson this month. Can it be installed there at the same time?

Car was damaged in parking lot even though it was repaired , transferred to with lots of mark on windshield I had to take razor and clean for few hours plus it sounded in first discussion it was damaged before I had to make calls to State Farm and get the picture s to show them there was no. Damage and few other things that I can tell on the phone Thanks for listening

It terrible customer service through out. The body shop the rental area staff was rude and annoyed to have to be even helping anyone and the guy at the Porsche sales on 3/2 at 645 was more concerned with his cell phone I have leased my vehicle there is referred my company which then brought 2 more vehicles I Wouldn't refer anyone there now
