The car smelled so bad from smoke that even after driving home with the windows down the person who drives it did not want to drive it. The person who picked it up said the whole shop smelled but didn’t think much about it until she got home and it still smelled. My experience with smoke is it is difficult to remove once it saturated things.

Repairs were fine. However the car stunk due to cigarette smoke odor. No one in our family smokes so this was a very noticeable and objectionable issue. We had to drive the car with the windows down and leave them down when parked over the weekend to eliminate the odor.
