Left Lester’s after picking up car. Went to get oil change (thank goodness). When they lifted the hood nothing had been hooked up electrically and there was a bunny cord wrapped around the engine. Not sure why. Went back to Lester’s to get it completed. If I had not went to get oil change, no telling what damage would have caused.

Work done on my car was excellent. Atmosphere in the shop was friendly and professional. I was surprised because I have been to other shops and…well, I was not impressed. Some were dirty. This place was CLEAN

The driver’s side rear view mirror is still detached from the socket. Dust and dirty handprints from the technician left on the inside. The headlights flicker when in use; noticed this when drove at night the first day out of shop. There were some scratches on rear bumper (don’t know if from towing or repair shop) Work was not as well done and professional as other repair work I have had done.
