The car had paint overspray on right passenger mirror and the left wheel bearing or strut knocks going over bumps in the road. I wasn’t like that when i brought it in. I explained that to claim handler and she said they would look at it. The car overall looked good but needed to be cleaned better for sure . It was dusty in some areas on the outside and i was told it was clean and polished properly.
