The team at the Franklin Liberty Collision Center have genuinely gone above and beyond my expectations on the repairs they made on my car. I was driving without a bumper and messed up suspension before they went and fixed everything. They were clear about anything wrong, what they had to source and how long (roughly) it would take for the parts to get to the shop. But most importantly, for me, they asked about all the modifications that were made to my car before hand. Through the entire week and half they had my car, they would answer all my questions and would ask me questions about the car to get as much information as possible to make sure they returned the car better than it ever was. Genuinely, I am so happy to not only have my car back, but to also have supported those people who work there. They are all very talented and I cannot begin to describe the amount of effort they put into my car. Looking back at it now, I shouldn’t have ever been worried about my car being with them. When I pulled into the parking lot to pick my car up, I saw a slight glimpse of the car. The first thing that came out of not only mine, but my mom’s mouths were, “is that your car?” I am excited to say, yes, yes it was my car. The paint alone on the bumper and hood looks better than when I bought the car. I will be coming back and recommending this garage to anyone in my family or friends who need their car fixed. This place is awesome! Samantha, the lady who was reaching out to me about all of the information during the repairs, is very nice. 100/10 absolutely would recommend checking this place out. Thank you so so very much to all of the wonderful and amazingly talented people at the Liberty Collision Center in Franklin Ohio.
