I came in for two complaints- one was my airbag sensor and the other complaint was my headlights were jarred in my accident. I got my car back yesterday and my headlights were not fixed.

Communication wasn’t great. When I called to get an update the person wasn’t friendly & seemed like I was a bother. Text communications were fine, but not much information. I called last Friday as I did receive text that my car was on track for the 24th. I called to get more information was told calibration was being done. I asked if the bumper was attached to my car & then the person had an attitude. It’s my car & should not be treated like that & then was told I would get a call later. That’s how it ended. Not a good call. The car looks great, but customer service is not helpful and with and with an attitude.

I give Liberty Collision in Middletown, OH a 10! They gave me a date for my car repairs, and they had it done a week earlier! The repair was excellent, and I would definitely recommend them!!
