The repair was initially supposed to take 4 weeks, actual time took 11 weeks. There were multiple times I was told the vehicle would be ready and it was not. Sometimes it was literally the day it was due I was notified. I had to go into the shop and request proof that the vehicle was actually being worked on. Thankfully the team did offer to pay for my rental, since it was so delayed. After the repairs were performed I noticed additional scratches on the hood of the vehicle, and the inside was filthy from shop dust with it being there for 3 months. I was told it was due to ‘things in the way’ , which is a half truth. There’s dust all over seats and all exposed surfaces! All I wanted is for no additional scratches and my vehicle to be clean. I asked for a detailing job, which is nothing compared to the incredible costs for the repair. My only expectation is to have a job done right and to be treated fairly. I feel taken advantage of and lied to.

My car looks amazing and they even cleaned it, which was such a nice touch. I’ve never experienced this level of service at a body shop and I’m so grateful. They even cleaned my car inside and out was needed it bad and gave me a ride to get my car back and they did a good job so I'm totally satisfied with him cuz the last job wasn't that great so thank you thank you thank you
