The repair looks great! Was a bit more expensive than other shops but it was done quickly so that has a value. Was pleasantly surprised by the clean up and detailing. I did not expect that. Shop was not able to attach a previously repaired part and it required an additional appointment at my local shop but they did leave it in good condition and ready for final repair. Overall I’m satisfied.

Very good. The only problem was that they told me it would be a minimum of two weeks and possibly three or more. I planned around that and was going to take a tripwhich I had to cancel because had to return rental and pick up the car right in the middle of the planned trip! They had it done a week before the estimated minimum time. I wish they had given me advanced notice of the early date

When I left this morning, everything seemed to be in order. The did a good job on the repair itself from what I could tell and had good communication with me during the repair process. However, when I got to work tonight and opened the back hatch I discovered that someone at CC decided to throw all of the items from my backseat into the hatch area. They had absolutely no need to do so and they took no care to move the items. I had papers organized into bags for work meetings and costume pieces for my circus job that went everywhere when I opened the back door. Disrespectful to my property and completely unnecessary given the work on my car was on the front end only.

Work took twice as long as promised, I incurred an additional $116 of car rental charges. Additionally, I ended up paying an additional $252 for an exhaust system repair that was cause by the accident.
