This was the worst experience I’ve ever had from a car repair shop. No communication, service was terrible. I will never come back or recommend anyone to go there.

Very very very warm world class customer service alway going up and beyond the cause with customer. The young lady at the desk I want to Savanah but I knw she going get me but she is awesome the best of the best out standing and great personality very customer service lost for words she is top notch. when I picked up my car, I could see that part of the repair had not been done. when I questioned the office manager about this, she said that it wasn't part of the repair. when I got home and examined the reciept, I could see that the charge was there for that part. I called back and had to explain it to someone else. they did do the repair but there was no apology, no explanation. I feel that if I had not taken that extra time there would have been a charge for a part that was not replaced. the communication was not the best either. sorry, but I probably would not use Liberty again.
