The hood sensor is now detecting a fault since it now falls into the engine slightly on the right side. Plus they never fixed the rim.

I was told that the rim was not covered by my insurance company due to it having prior damage to it. I told the rep that made no sense. The insurance company verified that it was to be repaired and when I brought this up to your rep he said, "I'm not going to get into a he said/she said about this, it's gonna get fixed". Also, all of a sudden the hood latch was now picking up a sensor issue from it dropping too far into the hood well. That same rep said they had nothing to do with it. I don't trust your rep any longer.
