Wasn't done when promised. They ran the battery down so wouldn't start when I picked it up, so had to jump it and put on charger at home for 6 hours. Body work done looks good

Quality work is done by the Body Shop; but the time it takes for repairs, and communication are major issues.

The Tail-gate looks brand new; like on a new Truck from the factory. It has a great shine to it! The Replacement Tail-gate is better then the original. And, they washed my Truck upon completion of the Body Work.

I had to wait around 6 weeks to get my Truck in; which was a lot longer then I thought I’d have to wait. It’s not even ‘Deer accident’ season. I wasn’t told when I dropped off the Truck, how long it would take to complete the work with replacing the Tailgate. When I called after a couple of days of dropping off the Truck, I was told it would be another day. So, three days of repair after I dropped off the Truck. I wasn’t asked when I dropped off the Truck, if I needed a Loaner or Rental. Being Retired, I didn’t have to have the use of another vehicle, but it would have been nice. I had to call in to the Dealership, and speak to the General Manager, as the Body Shop Manager never called me!

They did a really good job matching the paint on the damage side of the vehicle. Also found hidden damage that would maybe have gone unseen if not inspected properly.
