Glen was immediately on top of this knowing what had to be done such as pictures, doing the written documentation and using his computer format to provide the cost basis. He had to deal with our insurance company contractor who tried the old "nickle and dimming" game. He answered them however, pretty sharp. Lidtke came highly recommended to us living up to the high standards we were told of. I caused the accident and am surprised how well both Glen and Hunter did to make my vehicle "new" again. I am extremely pleased with the results.
