This dealer was absolutely horrific in raising my vehicle. I was told 2xs that my vehicle was ready to be picked up and both times there was still glass inside the vehicle along with white streaks down the whole passenger side that was painted. I will never take another vehicle there again!

Most horrific experience I've ever had at a dealership! I was contacted 2xs, staying my vehicle was ready. Both times there was still glass in the vehicle and the paint on the passenger side had white streaks down the whole side. The dealership make several commitments and didn't keep them. I can't to the dealership to speak with Roger and got Josh. He stated that the overall service/collision manager would call me that day and as of today still had never called me! Worst experience I've ever had at a dealer by far!

Unfortunately after the repair was made to the rear bumper. I found a spot on the quarter panel next to the repair that where the paint had been buffed through exposing the plastic in an area that had no damage before the repairs started.
