Im not sure. I chose this place because I trusted them. So im hoping they do the right thing and get my vehicle repaired properly and contact my insurance company.

They only fixed the body frame and didnt fix the way the car drives such as brakes, headlights, rods, bearings and ball joints. The deer caused alot of damage to my car besides visible damage. I dont know of it's the car insurance company not doing paper work correctly or if its because a lack of communication from me or anyone else involved, however im not satisfied and I want better results to this moment. So, as im typing this, my status is pending because im waiting for better results from reineke and the general. I was told that they would repair any damage they found. Please contact my insurance company ASAP. Thank you

The rear tail light they repaired has water in it. I have called them several times and they won't get back to me. My car is full of dust/dirt. They must have left the windows down. Everything is covered with dirt.

Took too long, with no communication, and no accommodation for it taking that long.

Heat shield under the truck wasn’t attached properly when I received it. Heard it rattling while on highway. I had to hand tighten it before sending back to body shop. They didn’t put everything back together and didn’t test drive it on the highway because the technician “didn’t feel like getting a license plate”.

Took 3 months to get truck back. My truck was put off multiple times according to Perry because other jobs would come in and they knew they could knock those jobs out in a day or 2. So my truck would get put on the back burner. Every time I would call it would get pushed to another 2 weeks and another 2 weeks. Didn’t offer a rental car for the inconvenience we had to force their hand because it was taking so long. Would not recommend them to people.
