The seal for the back door isn’t installed correctly it’s barely on. Several seals seem to not be put in right or missing the things that keep them in place. I understand there was delays etc, and I know I was anxious to get it back. However, I also don’t want the doors to leak because of the seals not being in correctly.

Although it wasn’t perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful. I do think some of the problems are not the fault specifically of the Lima auto mall staff. Some of it was probably them, some was possibly the glass company.

I think most of the job was amazing but the seal on the door is not on right and isn’t staying in place. Several of the rubber seals were not fully put into place.

The reps were amazing. I understand they had some delays and difficulties. Overall they were kind and respectful and very helpful. They made the process very easy and they are great representatives of Lima auto mall.
