I have never been in an accident where my vehicle required repairs. My insurance company gave me a list of shops to review and I randomly selected Lindberg collision. I went to their website and was very impressed on how well it was put together so I had a good feeling about them. My first interaction with them was great! They set up my rental, Tracy made sure to keep in contact with me and provide me with updates on the repairs and also found ways to help me save money without cutting back on quality! He even detailed my car and painted over old scratches that didn’t have anything to do with my accident as a complimentary service. To take it even further, he gave me a tube with paint for me to touch up my car in the event of chips or scratches. This has been the BEST EXPERIENCE I have ever had given the circumstances. Also, he was QUICK. It took him about 5 days to do everything! Rear end damage and front end damage! I pray to never be in that situation again but if I ever need a body shop THIS would be the place to go! He brought my Audi back to life!! Thank you!!!
