I was very unsatisfied with the whole experience. A job that was quoted to take 7-10 days ended up taking just less than 4 weeks. The lack of communication is the main reason for my frustration. I was not notified when things were delayed. My insurance company was, but they forgot to update me. This could not have been any more of an unprofessional and disappointing experience. I will be leaving a more detailed review online, but have been left very upset after this experience.

Hello, I was left completely unsatisfied with my car repair experience here. I was initially told that my simple repair would take 7-10 days. Unknown to me, there were issues that came up along the way that required additional time. I was not notified, until I called in asking about the status of my repair. The job turned out taking just under 4 weeks. Absolutely insane. The repair bill shows a total of just over 30 hours of labor. Where did all that spare time go? I really can't describe my frustration with the lack of communication regarding the status of my car. This was completely unprofessional and frankly, inconsiderate, in my opinion.

The lack of communication that I described about the overall repair, goes for the customer service. Staff were friendly and understanding, but I would have appreciated more, and better communication. The text notification I received when I first dropped my car off was great, I wish that would have continued throughout the 4 weeks of the repair job.

I love seeing my vehicle looking pretty again after the repairs. Love, love, love Lithia Auto Auto Body Shop. They do a great job in repairing the damages on my car, and delivering it timely, as promised. Thank you, Tony and your office for all that you do for your happy customers, like me!! Lithia Auto Body was my choice of body shops this time. I had chosen another body shop a time ago and was not totally pleased with my experience. Lithia Auto Body was not only professional but personable the job was completed with lightning speed ! I dropped my vehicle off around 900 am and received a status check text message shortly after and then right after lunch I received a text notifying me that my vehicle was ready to come home. After I picked up my vehicle it was not only repaired but beautifully detailed it not only looked awesomely beautiful but smelled the best ever ! Who ever the person was that detailed it deserves a big Thank you! Unfortunately I do not have the name of this person as I write my review but Joshua who I had contact with was the best of the best in customer service I’m sure he will make sure the person who detailed my vehicle will get noticed !! It is late and as I write my review after all the stress I have been through with this situation that I’m still thinking about my positive experience I had today with Lithia Body Shop LITHIA YOU ROCK AND JOSHUA YOU ARE AN ASSET TO LITHIA THANKS SO MUCH !! DKK born and raised…DO NOT EVEN THINK TWICE !! CHOOSE LITHIA BODY SHOP!!!!!!

It was very nice to also get into a nice clean car. My only disappointment was that it took 6 weeks to get it repaired because it took so long to get the needed parts.

Not only did they fix my car they also power washed the floor mats and they let me use there ice scraper to clear the ice and snow off my car. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly and I got updates on the status of my car once they started working on it would definitely recommend them

Very satisfied service! My wife is very happy that her car is back to normal. I saw how they really cared for our vehicle. They even cleaned both interior and exterior’s. Recommend this place for everyone. I know where to go or would recommend my friend to go if something happens to our car.

I want to thank Lithia Autobody about the repair done to my suv. I understand that there were some unforeseen issues regarding the timeliness of getting information to me to initiate repair. I am happy with the results given that some parts were unavailable or no longer being manufactured. Once that was resolved the repair was expedited. Thank you!
