Vehicle repair was great and the truck looks good as new! Only feedback for way to improve service would be more proactive and accurate communication. Staff were pleasant and easy to work with but kept getting incorrect information when checking in for updates as well as repairs taking 5 weeks overall to complete. I have no reservations for using Lithia again but hope my feedback is helpful.

In the few times that I’ve used Lithia for my car repairs I’ve found the staff to do great work. Also, the staff is very friendly and courteous!

I submitted this already. But I’ll say it again. :). I’m perfectly happy with everything from dropping off my car, to the customer service and the repair. Even the lady behind the desk that took my payment was kind enough to walk me to my car and helped me pick up my items that fell on the ground. I’m using a walker and she helped make it a lot easier. So, I’m very grateful and pleased with lil Lithia. That’s why I’m a repeat customer!

I would recommend for paint and bodywork. I would not recommend for a repair that includes anything that is in addition to bodywork. Depending on how they resolve ongoing problems, I may tell people not to use this shop due to incompetence.

The bodywork was great and the Jeep looks great. However, the rear fascia harness was installed upside down. As a result, the rear windshield wiper wipes the car instead of the glass and three electronic alert systems do not function anymore.

Customer service was initially excellent, when working with me. When I took my car to the Lithia dealership about electronics issues needing to be repaired, customer service severely declined. Service techs at Lithia Autobody refused to talk to the Lithia dealership. The manager at Lithia Autobody did resume the conversation about how to fix my car.

I realized the job would be a tough one, especially matching 20 year old paint. I know because I have been trying to get some match up paint for close to a year. I have to say , your team did a great job and it looks awesome!! I can’t quit admiring it when I go around my truck!! Really, what a great job!! The office team (Kaylee) really did me a solid by arranging for my rental to be picked up at your shop. May not be a big deal to anybody , but it was a big deal to me!! I am really upset with the way my truck is running. It hasn’t been acting right since I picked it up from you guys. My remote start won’t work and I have all kinds of lights flashing on the dash board. I called your business and Shawn said they don’t know why it’s doing all that. When I dropped my truck off to be repaired, it was running great. Picking it up over 2 weeks later, which I was quoted, it would only take a week, it is running like I never seen it before. I am waiting to get it in to see a mechanic as I speak. It’s upsetting to not be able to drive the truck that I paid you close to 5000.00 dollars to fix and now after picking it up , it won’t run right!! Feel free to call me and I will tell you the rest!! I do plan on putting this on all your web sights and Facebook plus contacting the BBB. But the body work that was done looks great, it would have looked better if they did everything I paid for… but the employees at the front desk need to be retrained in customer service.. My visit was not pleasant.

From what I can see on the outside, my car looks great and beautiful. I didn’t recognize it and had to take a double look. The final detail work of cleaning the car inside and out was amazing!
