I just replaced my driver side headlight 2 months ago, and noticed it was out. I tried calling the morning of 10/16, and Stephanie transferred me to Ann who she said would be able to assist to make sure it didn?t get loose or knocked out of place. I had to leave a voice mail. I called again 4 hours later when I didn?t get a return call, and again Stephanie and said the person next to her would be able to assist me and transferred me again to Ann?s line. No answer and left another voice mail. Still no return call.
