A cosmetic piece was apparently lost during the complementary vacuum and car wash. The lost piece was noticed by the Lithia team during the final inspection. They ordered a replacement part and called me to ask whether I wanted to pick up the car before the part came in which was on rush order. I requested that they keep my vehicle until the part arrived and was installed. The part arrived a day later and they notified me for pickup. I appreciate the team's attention to detail.

The body work & labor was insufficient. The caps on the back bumper trunk area were the rear light assembly has a long cap & doesn't reflect the same spacing as the other side of my 2008 BMW X5; is not adequate, caps in between the light area, further the front passenger floor area had both matts, bold up my personal items thrown in the front passenger floor area, the inside of the vehicle had mechanic grease & oil on the interior, dirt from the mechanic boots or work shoes left soil all over the carpet & floor; Request a full detail inside and out of the BMW SUV The front driver side fog light & reflector kit was damaged either by a rock, debris during the accident on or before & was not replaced or fix contact info 907-441-9565

professional service starts before during and after a vehicle is accepted, good or terrible body work can be punctuated is how a vehicle is returned to a customer & follow up not limited to a few emails and a survey. Over $4500 worth of repair money was given to the Business of Lithia the President nor the CEO wouldnt like or promote this type of customer service, there are outside cameras and personnel testimony about the condition and repair of my X5 BMW

We were very impressed with the service with our recent claim, starting with the estimate that was done while I waited, Kyle Curfman was the estimater and walked us through the procedure. We were told that it could take 4-5 days and was done in 3 days and was detailed on the inside. I would definitely take my vehicle there again.
