According to the individual I originally spoke to on June 27th, the parts would be in and work would commence on July 5th. I made an appointment for the 5th and dropped off the car the evening of July 4th. I called on Wednesday July 6th at 10:44 am to check on the progress. ... Work had not even started! The car was not finished until late Thursday. In the initial call I was clear that I did not want the job submitted to my insurance because I had already submitted it to the other drivers insurance and I had been compensated. Via text I was notified that there was a claim with my insurance so I had to call my ins. co. to get the claim stopped.
