They were very helpful with the claims process. I had difficulties with my insurance provider and they were patient until I got things resolved. They also did a great job doing PDR on my vehicle after a hail storm.

The claim amount actually was less than quoted. Had I known the correct amount I would not made an insurance claim but paid out of pocket. Too, the car wash was terrible. The chrome was spotted with water drops and trash on the front grill, loose trash that could not be missed. The time without my car, before I had to contact you would have been more acceptable had I not been the one to call about it. The repair looks good but for the reasons I have just mentioned I can not give a10 as I would have just for the repairs.

Great quality shop! Repairs were done in timely fashion and they communicated with me every step of the way from towing to repairs. My car looked brand new when I got it back. Will definitely use them again if ever needed in the future.

The repair is well done. However, my car was returned with a trunk FULL of garbage that smelled disgusting. Lively’s response was that they thought it was my personal property. Interesting that obvious garbage could be considered personal property. There were empty chewing tobacco cans, soda bottles, car parts, used blue surgical gloves, and food. NONE of this belonged to me. How would you feel if your car was returned in that condition. To top it off, my trunk was left open and the tire well filled with water. Since the water was still in the trunk when I discovered the trash, it could not physically have happened two months ago at the salvage yard. To add insult to injury, someone put my floor mats on top of the GARBAGE in my trunk which ruined the mats. Also the water in my trunk rusted out my jack and added to the rank smell that permeated my entire car. So I am NOT happy.
