Jack put in my lights and they were the wrong ones. My heads light went out on a long dark road then on head light came back on. That incident could ended my life. Jack was rude and has zero customer service skills. I had to take the car back for him to say he ordered the wrong lights, and to add injury to insult he did not put the clip back on my head lights until I took it back. I will never send an of my cars back there and he let it slip that he I going out of business. Yes he sold the shop so how are my repairs going to be for the life time of me owning my vehicle. I was disappointed with his service. This would have never happened at Kendricks Paint and Body.
