Lively’s was a great experience. Kevin communicated everything before and after I took my truck in for repairs. We went over everything that was done before I paid and left with the truck. Everything was well done and the truck looks great. This is our 2nd time taking a vehicle to Lively’s and is the only shop I will take my vehicles to from now on.

Thank you very much for repairing my car very well and for getting it back to me in 2 days. I did not have a way home after I dropped off my car to be repaired; your very polite employee brought me back to my home and also picked me up when my car was repaired, which I very much appreciate. Your receptionist is very personable and helpful. I highly recommend Lively's Collision Center!

Kevin is amazing. From my first conversation he calmed me and made me feel comfortable. He kept me up to date throughout the whole process and checked on me to make sure I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on with my rental and my car in the shop. He explained the whole process throughly and just made me feel like I was a family member that he was taking care of.
