Kevin was great! This was my first time dealing with this process of filing a claim and he made everything nice and simple. Got me in and out very quickly, I'd only heard horror stories about having to get work done on your car, but this wasn't too bad. I appreciate the efforts and friendliness of the staff. Hope to never have to go back, but if I do, I know who to trust with my services.

I would recommend them to other people for body work, but not certain people I know who are very particular about their vehicles like myself. The speed and craftsmanship were wonderful. Just a few things I don't agree with as the vehicle owner and a customer. This experience has been insightful and Kevin made it easier seeing as how I've never had need of these services before.

The work strictly tied to my claim was done beautifully and quickly. The additional things done to my vehicle, while appreciated, do not match my expectations for "returning my vehicle whole". Staff were excellent and are very kind.

Angie is Very Personable and Concerned about our vehicle. She was Very Responsive and gave me the information that was needed to repair the SUV. The Staff at Lively's were Very Helpful too when I had questions. I was able to drop off the vehicle on Monday and was contacted today, Friday, that the work was completed. I'm Glad we selected Lively's and Appreciate Angie and her staff helping us. We will be Glad to have any other vehicles repaired or painted when the need arises. We will be Happy to recommend Lively's.
