My problems with Lloyds Collision Repair are not with how they repaired my vehicle that was excellent but their customer service left a lot to be desired to get any information I had to contact them then when they did contact me they told me that my car would be done on a Thursday afternoon or early Friday morning I called to verify that and had to leave a message. Got no call back. I called the next afternoon Friday afternoon that my vehicle should’ve been done and was told at that time that there were problems and because it was the July 4 weekend they would need my car for an additional four days . I felt that they should’ve contacted me to tell me these problems not that I should have to contact them to find out information about my vehicle.

As I stated, in my earlier response, the problems I had with Lloyds Collision Repair were with their customer service department. On my last days of working with their customer service department a new individual was assigned to my vehicle, and things began to progress in a better manner.
