Ease of appointment and communication was outstanding. The work and communication with our insurance agent was all flawlessly done through Lloyd’s. One part needed ordered which was on back order but when we identified the problem they quickly ordered and are handling the replacement part for us. We are AAA members and Lloyd’s will definitely be our go-to shop (hoping we won’t need them again, but glad to know they are there if we do).
