My car was in a small accident and Kaitlyn from Lochmandy is a family member of the friend who accidentally backed into my car. She was completely professional and kind and kept me updated with everything. Let me know what was going on. And then when it was time to pick up the guy that I spoke with, I believe he said his name is Joe (?), was super kind and professional and he worked with me to figure out a way for me to pick up my car because I worked until after you guys were closed. We finally decided that if he left the key in the car and left it in the parking lot I could come get it with my spare key. He called me after it was done, even though he didn’t have to, letting me know that the key was in the car and then explained to me about not washing my car for a while because it had been painted. I am really satisfied Lochmandy and definitely will be coming back if, hopefully not ever lol, I get in the car wreck again. Thank you guys!!

I’m pretty much satisfied with the quality of the repair. There’s a few minor issues that I’m not 100% satisfied with. The scheduling and the timeframe that the repair took has been disappointing. Afford a five day job turned into a 10 or 11 day job. So I wasn’t happy about that.

Service started out just fine. Communication was fine. Again comes down to professionalism and scheduling and projection of said repair. Again, my disappointment has everything to do with how long I was told you would have my truck and how long you actually had my truck.

The quality of work is excellent. All of the text updates I received were appreciated. Everyone I dealt with in person did a great job at making feel comfortable and making feel like my vehicle was their priority. I came in for a warranty claim on corrosion and when my vehicle was inspected they pointed out even more corrosion issues that I had not noticed and everyone really went above and beyond for me.
