My wife and I are very pleased with the new paint on the hood and blending in the fenders. You can’t tell it was ever repainted! The touchup on the bumper was excellent and we’re going to give you and the crew a whopping five star on both the follow up and the excellent workmanship on our jeep!!

5 stars - hood and fender blended in perfectly. Follow up by all staff was excellent! They solved the issue I had with my new car having been damaged at the factory and provided a rental vehicle that was an upgrade from my vehicle to use while mine was being repaired. I am very appreciative that they went to bat for me when I didn't even buy the car from them. Very happy with Lochmandy and all the employees that helped me get this resolved!

With me carrying full coverage insurance, my vehicle was not repaired completely like they said it was. I now have to bring my car back to them for a 3rd time, for issues missed by them. And I also have to pay out of pocket for another rental, and diagnostics because my cars steering wheel started shaking after the accident I was in, and ONLY IF it’s determined that shake, that was not there prior to the accident, was a result of the accident, will I be reimbursed for what I have to pay for the diagnostic. I did not have a shake before this accident, and now I do.
