The professionalism of the team at the body shop was more than I expected. They clarified the process and the amount of time it would take to repair my vehicle and they were able to complete it within four days. I've had repairs done to a previous vehicle we had in the early two thousands and was thoroughly satisfied with the repairs then. That's why I went directly to Lochmandy when my car was damaged by an accident.

I had corrosion work done on my jeep and after picking up realized it looks like there are dents around the door hinges on brand new doors. Returned to body shop and was told that is how they come from the factory. Not satisfied with being told there is nothing they can do, now Chrysler is supposed to get involved. I had work done there last year and was satisfied this time not so much! Also had to return because there was corrosion spots missed when I took it in to be looked at. My husband found corrosion on windshield hinges that was missed, we did end up getting that resolved but they need to check over whole vehicle when brought in so there aren't multiple trips to have to be made by customer!

The front panel that was replaced has a defect and does not match the other side. It also took a week for the part to get installed on my truck. Very dissatisfied.

The employees are very nice and compassionate. Took my vehicle to get 2 doors put on, they gave me updates every step of the way and even had my vehicle completed before the original completion date. 10 out of 10 would recommend this place, and if I ever need any repairs done later down the road I will be bringing my vehicle back here, without a doubt!
