The process was easy and everyone was friendly. I was able to leave my rental there and that was a big relief. The only part of the experience that bothered me was that my estimate more than doubled. All I was told was that there were some extra parts needed to reattach my bumper. Its hard to believe those parts would cost over $2500.00. So more communication on why a final bill would be so dramatically different should be a common courtesy even if its an insurance claim.
