Lockman's Body Shop has always had an outstanding customer service to greet you when you step out of your vehicle or open the front door. They offer coffee or treats while you wait. And then they follow up with you in a few minutes, to make sure you have everything you need. Then when you leave Randall opens the door and walks you to your car, and wishes you a great day... nowhere offers complete customer service like that nowadays. Please rest assured, these are 1# people, working there .I always choose this company before any other .

We did have to have a spot of paint fixed again after coming to pick up and after coming back again it is still showing the imperfection. Although we notice it, we will probably just live with it as is.

They have done a very good job on my car. They got it back to me ahead of schedule and it looks and drives great after they fixed it following the hit and run accident. They even cleaned it inside and out. They gave me an itemized list of all repairs and went over everything with me. Super nice people!
