Your customer service from the early stages of my repair through completion was superb; from the coordination of repairs with the insurance company, along with coordinating the rental car, to keeping me informed of the completion of my vehicle through email made my entire experience less stressful. I was also extremely pleased with the way my vehicle looked at the time of pick-up. I appreciate the entire team at Lockman's.

Amazing job...I just cant stand Nationwide, and their sorry vehicle appraisals. They have amazing bodyshops cut corners, so they can save a nickel, and in the long run, it makes the bodyshop look bad. Why not replace a window gasket, if said window is removed, instead of replacing with the original gasket. That now doesn't fit, and allows water to seep inside? All in all. I'd strongly suggest your business to family and friends
