I really appreciated how hard everyone worked to get my car done. The temperatures were extremely low and caused it to be more difficult . I was grateful for how quick it was finished. I loved the work and how careful it was done. Very pleased !

I was mot able to even look at my car when I picked it up due to a tornado and torrential rain. I called on Thursday and Friday and asked if my car was ready, it was supposed to be ready on Thursday, and both times I was told it was at the alignment shop and they would call me back. They did not call me back. I was informed on Monday that the car was ready. I had to cancel a class that I teach at the last moment because I was told that I could not keep the rental an extra day. Very chaotic service.
