It took 3 months to get our HANDICAP vehicle back, and when we finally got it back the molding on the roof was flapping in the wind on the way home. Had to make another trip up there to have it fixed. Our insurance company (State Farm) referred us there after the hail storm. I do NOT recommend.

A 2 day repair turned into a month long repair. No one kept me informed unless I consistently called. I usually got put on hold, then would get passed around and or called back hours later until someone could explain what was going on. Then final pick up day I am informed I still have to bring it back. Then I leave with my car and realize the AC didn’t work when it worked fine going into the shop. It was a huge hassle from beginning to end and didn’t instill any confidence in the work.
