At first I wasn't able to get a good status on the phone of my truck repair. And it took a month to get the job done when I was told it would take 2 weeks. Then when I went up to your shop and talked with Jason, things finally started to move. The customer service after that was excellent and very responsive.

The shop worked as fast as they could to complete work. The shop is a bit out of the way, but they kept the enterprise rental aware of the delay and I didn’t have to deal with having to get continuance approval.

I was totally floored at how awful the customer service was, however I did talk to the son of the owner and just absolutely fell in love with this man's attitude and ethics. He came out and introduced himself and immediately apologized. He listened to my criticism and thanked me for being honest! He assured me that changes would be made to improve the customer service side of their business. He will be doing more work on my car and I'm anxious to be able to report a great experience!
