Walking in everyone was really kind and helpful. I feel I received the best customer service. When it came to working with insurance it was a fast process in fixing my vehicle. Not only through insurance but any additional out of pocket repairs needed were affordable and finished in a timely manner. Lone Star Auto Service has fixed two of my wrecked cars. Each time they were very hands on and helped me with the insurance companies that tried to total it. They fixed both of my cars and the cars looked like brand new cars when returned to me.
